• A quick wipe down of frame and wheels
• Gears:
  • Rear derailleur hanger alignment.
  • Lubricate chain and wipe.
  • Gear cable tension and limit screw adjustment
• Brakes:
  • Brake pad, Calliper and Return Spring adjustment.
  • Brake cable tension adjustment.
• Wheels:
  • Check tyres for wear
  • Inflate tyres to correct pressure
• Bearings:
  • Check axle bearings for adjustment of wear.
  • Check bottom bracket for adjustment of wear.
  • Check headset for adjustment of wear.
• Test ride bicycle to ensure correct operation.

RECOMMENDED EVERY 6 MONTHS

• Spray and clean frame and wheels with bicycle cleaners
• Drivetrain:
  • Remove cranks, chain, cassette and derailleurs
  • Degrease drivetrain in eco parts washer
  • Re-lubricate all parts as required
• Gears:
  • Rear derailleur hanger alignment.
  • Gear cable tension and limit screw adjustment
  • Lubricate gear cables and casing
• Brakes:
  • Brake pad, Calliper and Return Spring adjustment.
  • Brake cable tension adjustment.
  • Lubricate brake cables and casing
  • Lubricate brake caliper pivots where possible.
• Wheels:
  • Check tires for wear
  • Inflate tures to correct pressure
  • True wheels in truing stand 
• Bearings:
  • Check axle bearings for adjustment of wear.
  • Check bottom bracket for adjustment of wear.
  • Check headset for adjustment of wear.
• Test ride bicycle to ensure correct operation.
